First time customer for Carnalls, booked in my MOT, sorted my dodgy tyres first, and car sailed through very quick, one trivial thing they fixed & charged minimally for, £46 and 3 hours, yes! Will totally return in future. Thanks!

Fantastic company. Found it very hard to get our tuktuk serviced as it's an unusual vehicle. Carnalls were very quick to help, and even helped load/unload it from the van. Lovely family business and would thoroughly recommend, thanks for the service!

Really great garage and lovely friendly staff, took my car for MOT and it needed quite a bit of work, Mark kept in touch and kept me updated throughout, he worked on it most of the day for me to get it done so I could have it back for work the next day. Once all done my tracking still wasn’t quite right so he stayed open for me to get to them after I finished work and literally sorted it the same evening. Car now back up and running smooth as ever Thankyou Mark

Carnalls did my MOT and provided fantastic service. When they found something that needed addressing they rang me and attempted to fix it the same day but it wasnt possible. They showed me where the oil leak was and explained everything they would do - so I knew the whole time what was going on and why it was required. When it had to go back to be fixed at a later date they even gave me a courtesy car for the time it was in. I cannot fault Carnalls at all, lovely service, really reasonably priced and great work! I'll be back for any further MOTs or issues with my car.
